to keep the balloon floating in the air, it needs to be filled with a light gas.
helium can be used but it is very rare and only can be obtained from petrolium products, hydrogen cannot be used because it is a explosive.
so what gas is used?

They will remain, although they will be spread out to cover more area after the convention.

Pretty penny spent, but I am glad they will keep i t afterwards as the bad guys are caught on tape and the ACLU and others can get their nickers in a twist.

They must set up a system to raise red flag it the bill goes 2 or 3x than usual. This indicates , to my opinion, no supervision of the billing system.

That’s good, I wonder what kind of terms you could get on a payment plan for that?

Wouldn’t you think they would flag really high residential bills (say over $200, or over 3x usual bill) and have a person review the bill?
